Delivery Timeline

• Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days across India.

• In rare cases due to weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen logistical issues, delivery may take up to 4 weeks.

If an order cannot be delivered within 4 weeks and is confirmed as lost in transit, customers may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement order (subject to product availability).

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

We strive to ensure every order reaches you safely.

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• An incorrect product

• An incomplete order

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, customers must provide:

• A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• Order details

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we may be unable to verify the issue.

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A full refund

based on product availability and customer preference.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Crystals, tarot decks, or spiritual products that have already been used

Returns will only be accepted in cases of:

• Verified manufacturing defects
